All other states do not have a maximum documentation fee.

If your state has a regulated documentation fee maximum, include the maximum value in your OTD Reference price. Otherwise set the documentation fee line item to zero.

Remember, dealers are competing for your business at the bottomline—the OTD price. Specific line item costs like the documentation fee are interesting, but the winner will offer the lowest OTD price.
